Welcome


Kokoro is an Japanese term that means to reunite the mind, body and spirit by exploring an individuals thoughts, feelings, and emotions that prevent inner peace. Kokoro Counseling and Wellness Center, PLLC is a telehealth practice that is committed to assisting individuals in recovering their inner strength in order to reduce symptoms associated with mental health.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our client(s) with exceptional quality care and therapy services to help rebuild or enhance the individual(s) mindset by reducing and/or eliminating the inter-generational trauma, poverty and low self-worth. Our uncompromising values and commitment toward the betterment of others will empower individuals to take control of their lives in order to see a brighter future.

We have experienced staff that can help you navigate through those negative thoughts and feelings.

Feeling sad or withdrawn for a period of two weeks or more.

Trying to harm oneself and planning harm to oneself.

Severe and out of control behaviors that potential can cause harm to self or others

Sudden feelings of fear that causes racing heartbeat, sweating palms, difficulty breathing for no reason.

Increase or decrease in weight

Difficulty sleeping and/or having nightmares.

Having auditory or visual hallucinations

Increase in substance usage.

Changes in mood.
